My name is Claire and I have worked as a clinical Hypnotherapist for 15 years delivering a relaxed, friendly and professional service from my home in Abingdon. I am seeing my clients face to face as well as by FaceTime/ Skype.
You will be assured of a warm, welcoming, empathetic meeting. My aim and passion is to help you get your life back on track so you can lead a fulfilling life.I understand that it’s not always easy to ask for help however, when you do you will be that much nearer to resolving your problem and your life is going to be so much better. It really is possible to make positive changes to the way you think, feel and behave.
I work in a caring way in a safe and comfortable environment and I can really empathise with my clients, as I have myself experienced many of the issues my clients present to me. This therefore gives me a true understanding of the many issues people suffer and I will listen to you in a strictly confidential and non judgemental way and understand each client is different and has individual needs. Your sessions will be tailor made for you as an individual.
I help people with weight loss, stress and anxiety issues, stopping smoking, IBS and phobias to name a few. I have everything you need to help you make the changes happen and I gain great pleasure helping my clients become more confident, happier and secure individuals.
I will work with you as an individual to obtain a positive way forward, regaining control and happiness in your life. I am very passionate about helping people achieve their goals and make their lives happier. I have seen so many people turn their lives around after just a few sessions.
